FLUX Terms of Use

 By using the FLUX Discord bot ("we", "us", "the bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of the bot. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bot.

1. Description of the Service

FLUX is a Discord bot designed to help server administrators manage their servers more efficiently by performing administrative tasks, such as:

  • Clean living rooms.
  • Lock rooms.
  • Warn members of misconduct or rule violations.

2. Using the Bot

You agree to use FLUX only within the limits set by Discord and in compliance with applicable laws. Use of the bot for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Access to the Bot

Access to FLUX may be suspended or revoked at any time if we believe use is inconsistent with these Terms or violates Discord's rules.

4. Features and Responsibilities

  • The bot offers several features that can directly impact your server, including managing channels and sending warnings to members.
  • You are responsible for the correct and appropriate use of these features.
  • We will not be responsible for any errors, abuse, or damage caused by the use of the bot tools on your server.

5. Personal Data

The FLUX bot does not record any personal data of users beyond what is necessary for its operation on your Discord server (for example, user ID and actions performed).

  • We are committed to respecting the privacy and security of user data in accordance with Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • No sensitive personal data will be collected or used by FLUX for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

FLUX and its components are the exclusive property of their creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the bot's components without prior permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FLUX is provided "as is," with no guarantees of reliability or error-free performance. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss of data, damage to your Discord server, or any other harm resulting from the use of the bot.

8. Modifications to the Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for updates.

9. Prohibition of Misuse

Use of FLUX for harassment, spamming, illegal data collection, or any other unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

If you have any questions or concerns about the bot, you can contact our support team via our Discord server or private message. We strive to respond to all requests as quickly as possible.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the bot at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or Discord's rules.​
